"We are a professional, City and Guilds trained, CRB/DBS checked and fully uniformed work force; unlike many in this industry. We use the latest technology enabling us to clean not only your windows to the highest standard, but also your frames, sills and doors! Your traditional window cleaner may clean your windows very well, but he will not clean your whites. And as we all know, your windows will only look as clean as your frames. So if your the type of customer that expects that little bit more; give us a call!!"

"The impressive cleaning power of the water itself along with the abrasiveness of the brush heads removes most every day deposits, like snail & caterpillar trails, putty marks, finger prints, and bird mess."
"Yes! Please don't worry about this; it is normal. We clean the windows with purified water. This method of cleaning ensures a streak-free shine, without having to squeegee off the water after each clean. (For more information on why pure water can be left to air dry naturally unlike tap water, see our About Pure Water window cleaning page.)"
"No, we transport our own specially treated pure water in tanks on our van."
"No, we don't offer this service. It can take up to three cleans to achieve optimum results, due to the silt, dirt, algae and detergent residue (from previous traditional window cleaning methods) that has built up under the rubber seals and cavities around the window. A One off clean would dramatically improve the look of the glass and frames but not produce the ultimate results we like to provide for our customers."
"We offer an internal window cleaning service too, but use pure water from a spray bottle and a glass mop method for this. The pure water fed pole system is only suitable for outside work."
"Ultimately and surprisingly, no! Due to the up-keep of expensive equipment and water filtration, we mayseem a little more expensive than traditional window cleaners. However, as your windows will stay cleaner for much longer, you can save money as you won't need them cleaning as often. Please remember that we can usually reach previously inaccessible windows and also wash your frames and sills as standard at no extra cost, a service traditional window cleaners do not offer."
"Yes, we offer specialist services. This includes: Conservatories, solar panels, atriums, and Velux roof windows. If we are able to see it from ground level and have room to manoeuver with our poles, then we can usually wash it."
1) One off cleans (For optimum results from our pure water window cleaning methods, up to three
 cleans are necessary)
2) Flaking painted window frames
3) Windows with flat open-faced vents on or above the window
4) Old fashioned very large window seals
5) Terraced houses (due to access issues) unless you are home and allow us access through your
home so we can reach the back. We have a portable pure water system for this very purpose."
"Well, it’s your property and your money, so it’s up to you! Everyone has different budgets, and some people are more particular than others. However it does depend somewhat on where your house is situated – houses in high-traffic areas or those surrounded by trees & shrubbery typically need cleaning more often. Most of our customers are cleaned once every 4 weeks, or once every 8 weeks for an additional 20% charge."
"We endeavor to contact all our customers the day before their clean is due. Either by text, email or telephone call. We can give you a rough idea of whether we are likely to arrive in the morning or the afternoon, but we are not able to give exact times."
"We offer several convenient ways of payment which are listed on our ‘How to Pay’ page, but we do not usually return to pick up payment. However, if you want to pay by cash, but are going to be out when we call to clean, you can arrange a safe place to leave the cash on your property on the day of your clean, and we will pick it up when we clean each time. We are unable to provide our window cleaning service again, until the balance from your window clean has been cleared."
You may have experienced poor results with Pure Water window cleaners in the past, but this often due to one of two reasons, or both
1, Operator error by inexperienced window cleaners. Yes there are very specific techniques needed
to ensure a beautiful finish. We are fully city and guilds trained to deliver the best possible results.
2, It can take two or three cleans to remove all the residue of built up stubborn detergents and
minerals that have accumulated over the years from traditional window cleaning methods. So you
just have to appreciate that the first time this system is used it may not be perfect; but it soon will
be! You will be thrilled once optimum results are achieved. And remember, the windows will then
 stay cleaner for longer!"
"Absolutely! Rain in itself will have no negative effect on the clean you are used too, as rain water is pure enough to not leave marks and spots. BUT we don’t work in torrential rain, this can result in a poor clean as heavy rain bounces off its surroundings and can leave dirty spots on the window. So light rain, yes! Heavy rain, no."
"With traditional window cleaning methods, a thin film of detergent is left on the window after squeegeeing. Detergent attracts dirt to itself, meaning that your windows get dirty again quickly. With Pure Water window cleaning, no detergent is used, so no sticky residue is left behind to attract dirt. This means that your windows stay cleaner for longer. Try us out and see the difference!"
"No detergent or chemical run-off means you can be confident that having your windows cleaned needn’t pollute the environment. See our About Pure Water page for information on how Pure Water cleans and why it is “The scientifically proven best method of window cleaning!”
